Each set contains 1 overnight (13"), 1 heavy (12"), 3 moderates (10"), 3 lights (9") and 3 liners (8") to get you on your way in your reusable pad journey, along with an included Bygones Laundry Stain Bar. 

• Usage and Care: After use, rinse pads in cold water to prevent staining, massage our Bygones Stain Bar into the surface of the fabric, then machine or hand-wash and air-dry with the enclosed ribbon holder. When used as directed, a pack of these pads will provide many years of healthy natural monthly care.
